What if I get placed in a queue while checking out?Updated 5 months ago

You may be automatically placed in a checkout queue if enough people are checking out at once. Your position in the queue is based on the time you clicked on "checkout". To keep your place in line do NOT leave the page and do NOT refresh.

How do you prepare for the queue? 

• The queue is designed to keep our checkout process smooth and functional.
• Your place in the queue is held as long as you keep the window open and do not refresh.
• The queue is first come first serve just like all our Limited Edition Drops. Once you clear the queue, check out as soon as possible. 
• Being in the queue does not guarantee your purchase. You still need to check out before the bottle sells out.
