Any unused product in its original packaging can be returned through our return portal here. So, make sure not to toss the package unless you’re sure you want to keep it!
The following is a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the return portal.
1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Request a Return” or, simply click here, which will take you directly to the return portal.
2. Insert your Order Number/ID and Zip/Postal code into the boxes provided and select ‘Start Your Return’.
3. Once submitted, select the order you would like to return.
4. Select a return reason from the options provided.
5. Choose your preferred resolution method from the available options and proceed to the next step.
6. Select your desired return method and click “Next Step”.
7. Review your return details, and when ready, click “Submit your return".
9. Once complete, select “Download Shipping Label.” This return label should be
printed out and taped over the original shipping label on your box.
You’ll receive a refund based on your preferences within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. If for some reason you don’t receive your refund after those 10 days, please reach out! We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
