First, we might still be working on your order. Fulfillment can take up to 1-3 business days. After your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive this email after 3 days, then please reach out through our contact page.
Second, if it has been several business days since your last tracking update, your order may be lost in transit. Wait until the seventh business day from placing your order before reaching out so we can properly assist you in either a refund or replacement.
Finally, packages might be marked as delivered when they’re still on their way. If this is the case for you, please sit tight for up to 24 hours from the time you receive your delivery notification before contacting Support.
